Don't panic, We will call you a couple of days before your party or event to confirm delivery times.

Will you organize the delivery and set-up of the Bouncy Castle or Inflatable?

Yes of course. Our friendly, fully trained and insured staff will go out of their way to help you have the best party ever.

My garden is small, how much space will I need for the Bouncy Castle?

Our Bouncy Castle measures 4.88L x 2.4W x 1.9H meters. A distance of approx. 1m is required next to the long sides. At the exit (near the slides) of the bouncy castle we recommend a distance of at least 1.5m from the wall. At the entrance there should be at least 1m from the next wall.

Is your Bouncy Castle suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?

Yes our Bouncy Castle is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

What preparations should I make before taking delivery of the Bouncy Castle?

We ask that you ensure we have a 1.5m wide access to the site. Please ensure the area is free from any sharp objects and excessive mud. An electricity point is required within 5m. We will be forced to refuse bookings for sites that are unsuitable for bouncy castles e.g. sloping, uneven or dirty gardens. (If this is the case please call us before booking so we can come out and assess your garden to see if it is safe to hire a Bouncy Castle).

The event is in a field and we have no power, can we still hire Bouncy Castle or Inflatable?

Yes you can, we can usually supply a petrol blower or generator at an extra cost (please call our friendly team to discuss your requirements)

I have a really long garden, but the power is at my house, do you bring extra extension leads?

We always carry extra extension leads on our van, but it's always best to add in the notes when booking (long garden extra leads needed).

Can the bouncy castle over-inflate or pop during hot weather.

No, all our hire bouncy castles and inflatables are made in the traditional way of being stitched, which means air is constantly released through the seams whilst the fan blower maintains the pressure, making it impossible to over-inflate.

Is the bouncy castle safe to use in hot weather?

Yes, as long as you keep the users well hydrated, and turn the electrics off every few hours to let them cool down for 10-15mins, our bouncy castles are 100% safe to use during hot weather. We send out a weather guide for our customers to follow for all weather conditions.

Can you still hire a Bouncy Castle if access is through my house?

No problem, our Bouncy Castle is fine to go through your house. (you may need help to assist the delivery driver holding doors open lifting up a step etc).

What happens if there are rain showers or it's slightly windy?

If conditions worsen please switch of the bouncy castle and stop using the equipment, and call us so we can advise you on what to do.

Can I move or relocate the Bouncy Castle Or Inflatable?

Yes, you can move the Bouncy Castle. However, keep the minimum distances.

Can adults use the Bouncy Castle?

Our Bouncy Castle can withstand a load of up to 180 kg. (Up to 6 children)

How many children are allowed on the Bouncy Castle per each session?

The Bouncy Castle is made for up to 4-6 Kids at the same time.

What are the times of hire per day?

We deliver from 9 am and our last collection is 8 pm.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver our Bouncy Castle anywhere in Gozo.

What's included in the price?

Delivery of the Bouncy Castle on Gozo, set up, safety briefing, pack up and collection.

When are your Bouncy Castles and Inflatable’s available for hire?

All year round. Spring & Summer (April to October - indoor & outdoors) Autumn - Winter (November to March - Indoors only)

What time is the Bouncy Castle or Inflatable delivered?

This really is up to you as we always try to accommodate all customers at a time which suits them best. However, during busier periods when customers are requesting similar hire times a compromise may be necessary. Customers hiring halls etc will be given priority due to their time restrictions.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better. Demand is always high for our Bouncy Castles, especially during the summer months. If you’re booking between May and September we recommend contacting us 4 - 6 weeks in advance.

Can I book a Bouncy Castle for tomorrow or even today?

Yes this is possible in some cases if we availability, please phone us to book and we will try our best to accommodate your booking.
